Lux Valladolid (1989, Buenos Aires, Argentina) investigates presence within public and institutional spaces. Her most recent body of work was developed in Switzerland through a series of site-specific interventions, including Kunstmuseum Basel and Kunstforum Baloise Park during Art Basel 2025. The ongoing research: Are you an NPC? began during her residency at Atelier Mondial in Basel (March–May 2025), supported by the Swiss Arts Council, Pro Helvetia South America. Her practice explores the tension between the digital and the physical, examining how technology shapes contemporary life, while her professional work in communication focuses on translating artistic concepts into accessible narratives and strategies, acting as a mediator between artists, institutions, and audiences.
